We guarantee that our popcorn will taste great and fresh. If you aren’t happy with your popcorn purchase for any reason, let us know and we will do everything we can to make it right—we will replace product with which you are dissatisfied. Popcorn is a fun food, and we want you to have fun buying and eating it! If we don’t fulfill your expectations, please let us know so that we can make it right with either a replacement or a refund.

Substitutions

If the item you order is unavailable, we may need to substitute an item of equal or greater value. We will try to reach you by whatever contact information you have provided. If we are unable to reach you in time to fulfill the requested shipping schedule, we will substitute an item of equal or greater value.
